Our Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order you may return any item(s) to us within 14-days of receipt for an exchange or goods refund. Items must be returned in an unworn, resalable condition, complete with tags, in the original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you are returning an item for a refund or exchange, you are responsible for the cost of the return. We are unable to refund any return postage charges, however, we will reimburse your return postal costs if the goods are faulty upon receipt or are being returned due to an error on our part. Exchanges will be sent out free of charge to the UK mainland.
How to Return or Exchange
1. There is no need to contact us when sending us a return.
2. Simply complete the returns form that came with your parcel. You can also log into your account and select the item(s) you wish to return/exchange and register the return online.
3. Next carefully pack up your parcel and send it to the following address:

4. Please take your parcel(s) to you nearest Post Office. Remember to obtain a proof of postage. We are unable to compensate for parcels that are lost in transit.
5. On receipt of your parcel, your item(s) will be refunded/exchanged and you will be notified by email once this has been done. You will receive your refund or exchange order (when in stock) within 2 to 3 weeks of you posting the goods back to us.
Please note that when an item is bought as a present, and returned for a refund, the refund can only be made to the original purchaser.
