Your order will be carefully packed and despatched by the most appropriate method. Items ordered at the same time are not necessarily despatched together or on the same day. Orders placed on a Saturday will be despatched on the following Monday, subject to availability.
Click and Collect
You can also collect your order, free of charge, from either our Bridge Street shop or Sporting Showroom, both situated in Bakewell. Simply select this option at the checkout. Our shops are open Monday to Saturday, between 9.00am and 5.00p.m. Your card will be charged once the item has been processed through our warehouse. Once the goods are at your chosen location you will receive an email to confirm that they are ready for collection.
Charges
Standard UK deliveries are made between 9.00 am and 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday and cost £4.95 using Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service. UK orders over £75 are despatched FREE for addresses within the United Kingdom. Please ensure we have the full delivery address details, including the postcode, especially if your order is to be delivered somewhere other than your home address. Please provide a daytime telephone number where applicable. We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that are refused by the recipient, or where the carrier cannot deliver due to incorrect addressing.
We can despatch your order to any UK address within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) for £6.95, using either Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service or DPD's next-day delivery. You will have the choice at the point of checkout. Orders must be placed before 12.30 p.m. to use this service. This service is not available on a Saturday for Monday delivery.
Returns
Our Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order you may return any item(s) to us within 14-days of receipt for an exchange or goods refund. Items must be returned in an unworn, resalable condition, complete with tags, in the original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you are returning an item for a refund or exchange, you are responsible for the cost of the return. We are unable to refund any return postage charges, however, we will reimburse your return postal costs if the goods are faulty upon receipt or are being returned due to an error on our part. Exchanges will be sent out free of charge to the UK mainland.
How to Return or Exchange
1. There is no need to contact us when sending us a return.
2. Simply complete the returns form that came with your parcel. You can also log into your account and select the item(s) you wish to return/exchange and register the return online.
3. Next carefully pack up your parcel and send it to the following address:

4. Please take your parcel(s) to you nearest Post Office. Remember to obtain a proof of postage. We are unable to compensate for parcels that are lost in transit.
5. On receipt of your parcel, your item(s) will be refunded/exchanged and you will be notified by email once this has been done. You will receive your refund or exchange order (when in stock) within 2 to 3 weeks of you posting the goods back to us.
Please note that when an item is bought as a present, and returned for a refund, the refund can only be made to the original purchaser.
