Price Match Policy

At Brocklehursts, we aim to offer competitive prices across our range of premium country clothing and footwear. If you find an identical product available for less from another UK retailer, we may be able to match their price.

To qualify for a price match

The product must:

  • Be identical to the product sold by Brocklehursts, including brand, model, colour and size.
  • Be currently in stock and available to purchase from both Brocklehursts and the competing retailer in the same colour and size.
  • Be offered by an authorised UK retailer and available for delivery to a UK address.
  • Be publicly advertised at the price submitted so that our team can verify it.
  • Be a new, genuine product and not pre-owned, ex-display, damaged or otherwise graded stock.

The competitor's total price, including any compulsory delivery charges, will be considered when assessing a price match.

What we don't price match

We are unable to price match:

  • Products where the competitor only has different sizes, colours or variants available.
  • Products that are out of stock with either Brocklehursts or the competing retailer.
  • Marketplace or auction sellers, including private and third-party sellers.
  • Clearance, closing-down, liquidation or similar exceptional sales.
  • Prices requiring a membership, subscription, loyalty reward or other restricted access.
  • Voucher codes, promotional codes, cashback offers, free gifts or other additional incentives.
  • Obvious pricing or website errors.

How to request a price match

Please submit the product using our price match form and provide a direct link to the competitor's product page.

Our team will check the product, variant, availability and advertised price before confirming whether we're able to offer a match.

Please do not place your order until your price match has been approved, as we cannot guarantee that a price adjustment can be made retrospectively.

Price matches are subject to verification and availability at the time we review your request.

Please note

Meeting the criteria above does not guarantee that a price match will be approved. All price match requests are considered individually and any decision to offer a price match is entirely at Brocklehursts’ discretion. We reserve the right to decline a price match request at any time.
