Brocklehursts would like to state that all customers’ personal details held on our computer database are protected under the conditions of The General Data Protection Regulation. It is our policy not to release customer details to any bureaux or agencies.

Prices

We reserve the right to alter the prices and/or specification of our products without prior notice.

 

Postal Insurance

Brocklehursts ensure that all goods despatched from our premises are insured for their full value against loss or damage in transit.

 

Stock Availability

We endeavour to carry a stock of all items at all times.  Therefore orders are normally sent within seven days of receiving your order. In the event of an out of stock situation, please accept our apologies but rest assured we will contact you to advise of any delay.

 

Individual Sizes

We would be delighted to handle your special requirements. You may require longer trouser legs, shorter jacket sleeves or perhaps a larger waist. Whatever your personal needs, please ring us and discuss them with one of our obliging operators.

 

Repairs to Garments

Repairs due to normal wear and tear can be carried out for a reasonable charge. Please contact us on 01629 812089 to arrange for the products return. In the interest of hygiene please ensure that the garment is clean before returning it.

 

Returns

Please return any item(s) with which you are not entirely satisfied within 14 days, for an exchange or goods refund. The item(s) must be in the same unworn condition as you received them. Please also ensure that all goods are returned in their original packaging, complete with tags. Customers within the UK can return their goods using the Pre Paid Postage label which can be found on the Packing Note enclosed with the goods.  Full instructions on how to return an item are detailed on the Packing Note. Shoes must be worn on the carpet when trying on.

 

Purchase of Alcohol

Under the Licensing Act 2003 it is an offence to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol if you are under the age of 18.

 

UK Delivery

Your order will be carefully packed and despatched by the most appropriate method. Items ordered at the same time are not necessarily despatched together or on the same day. You will be charged only for items as they are despatched. Orders placed on a Saturday will be despatched on the following Monday, subject to availability.

 

Charges

Standard UK deliveries are made between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday and cost £4.95. UK orders over £75.00 are FREE for addresses within the United Kingdom. Please make sure we have the full delivery address details including postcode, particularly if your order is to be delivered somewhere other than your home address. Please provide a day-time telephone number where applicable. We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that are refused by the recipient, or where the carrier cannot deliver due to incorrect addressing.

 

We can despatch your order to any UK address within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), at a cost of £8.50 per order. Orders must be placed before 12.30p.m. to use this service. A signature upon delivery is required.

 

 

Overseas Orders

Overseas postal charges are as follows:

 

Europe: £10.00

 

Rest of the World: £15.00

 

This does not include import duties, which are the buyer's responsibility.
