Baleno Chelsea coat is a stylish and functional ¾ length coat that provides breathable, warm, water and windproof protection from the elements,both practical as a country coat yet equally fashionable and trendy for town wear
 
  • Made from a durable, robust 85% Polyester and 15% Nylon fabric that is waterproof, breathable and windproof
  • Lining has a W/R (water resistant) finish that will keep water out and is laminated with a TPU membrane-Thermoplastic Polyurethane has great flexibility within the fabric, is abrasion resistant and boasts excellent cleanability
  • Waterproof - the fabric resists any water droplets from passing through the material, the water resistance is rigorously tested by Baleno by way of a hydrostatic pressure method up to 8,000mm
  • Breathability within the fabric is measured by the rate at which the water vapour passes through and allows body heat and perspiration to pass through and away from the skin, ideal for wearing in warmer weather - 3,000 g/m²
  • Windproof fabric as a result of tightly woven membranes to prevent wind passing through small gaps between the threads, will keep you warmer and highly protected
  • Taped seams method where a waterproof tape or liquid sealant is applied along the seams, prevents water ingress and enhances the waterproofability
  • Shorter length than original ¾ length style but still will protect the length of your body, keeping you warm in elegant style
  • 2 way zipper for a secure, reliable fastening and with a storm flap for a neat appearance
  • Comfortable inner cuffs and adjustable cuff straps for a snug, warm fit
  • 2 front pockets with button down flaps to store essentials

UK Delivery

Your order will be carefully packed and despatched by the most appropriate method. Items ordered at the same time are not necessarily despatched together or on the same day. You will be charged only for items as they are despatched. Orders placed on a Saturday will be despatched on the following Monday, subject to availability.

Click and Collect

You can also collect your order, free of charge, from either our Bridge Street shop or Sporting Showroom, both situated in Bakewell. Simply select this option at the checkout. Our shops are open Monday to Saturday, between 9.00am and 5.00p.m. Your card will be charged once the item has been processed through our warehouse. Once the goods are at your chosen location you will receive an email to confirm that they are ready for collection.

Charges

Standard UK deliveries are made between 9.00am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday and cost £4.95, UK orders over £75 are despatched FREE, for addresses within the United Kingdom. Please make sure we have the full delivery address details including postcode, particularly if your order is to be delivered somewhere other than your home address. Please provide a day-time telephone number where applicable. We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that are refused by the recipient, or where the carrier cannot deliver due to incorrect addressing.

We can despatch your order to any UK address within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), at a cost of £8.50 per order. Orders must be placed before 12.30p.m. to use this service. A signature upon delivery is required. This service is not available on a Saturday for Monday delivery.

Overseas Orders

Overseas postal charges are as follows:

Europe: £10.00

Rest of the World: £15.00

This does not include import duties/fees, which are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order as unpaid duties may mean your parcel is returned to us with extra charges and so we may not be able to issue a full refund.

Our Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order you may return any item(s) to us within 14-days of receipt for an exchange or goods refund.

Items must be returned in an unworn, resalable condition, complete with tags and where possible in the original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Free UK Returns with Royal Mail

If you are returning an item within the UK, we offer a free Royal Mail returns service via the post office.

To use this service, please follow these instructions:

1) Complete the returns section of the packing note included in your order, clearly explaining both your reason for the return and what desired action you require.

2) Securely attach the pre-paid returns label to front of the parcel.

3) Take the parcel to your nearest post office.

4) Leave the rest to us- we will be in touch as soon as we can once we have received your returned item(s).

*Please note:  If you parcel is larger than 61cm x 56cm or weighs over 5kg it cannot be turned via Royal Mail. In this instance, please contact customer services on 01629 812089 to make alternative arrangements.

EU and International Returns

We do not offer a free returns service for customers outside the UK.

If you wish to return an item from outside the UK you are responsible for the cost of the return postage and the item getting back to us.

If you are returning a suspected faulty item you are also responsible for the cost of return postage. If the item is found to be faulty, we will only refund the cost of return postage to a maximum of £15.

 *Please note: When returning items from outside the EU you must also attach a customs declaration form describing the goods as ‘British Returned Goods’. Any parcels returned without the correct customs declaration may be delayed at customs and returned to the sender. We will not accept any parcels with custom charges payable; such parcels will be refused and returned to sender. We will not refund any import duties or local taxes which occur as a result of the return.
