Great Yorkshire Show

Great Yorkshire Show – 2021 Highlights

We’re at the halfway point in our show calendar and the next stop is one of our favourites – the Great Yorkshire Show.

My Father first attended the Great Yorkshire Show back in the late sixties and we’ve been going ever since, with the exception of the Foot & Mouth outbreak in 2001 and, of course, Covid. Originally held over three days, the Great Yorkshire is now a four-day event – cementing its position as the premier agricultural show.

The Great Yorkshire Show holds some very fond memories and the team always look forward to their trip to Harrogate, although some members will be missing (Smedley, Doris and Dora – sorry no dogs allowed!). Whether it’s meeting up with old friends or new, it’s ‘reyt good’ at the Great Yorkshire which is one of the reasons why it’s a high point in our show calendar, although another eagerly anticipated highlight is the Cock o’ the North show jumping event.

This year you’ll find the best country clothing in the country at Stand No.104. We’ve stocked the lorries and they’re ready to roll with Barbour, Dubarry clothing and footwear, from the iconic country boots to stylish deck shoes, Schoffel, the popular New Zealand brand – Ridgeline and not forgetting the Pioneros Argentinian polo belts. We’ve checked the weather and it looks like it’s going to be sunny and warm, so we’ve stocked up with plenty of short sleeve shirts and shorts on the lorry.

Don’t forget – Stand No. 104 – Si’thi’
